Dress appropriately for the weather, bring water to drink. Cleats (boots) are optional, but please wear athletic shoes with laces. Bring your rugby ball. Mouth guards are recomended, but optional for touch rugby. Mouth guards are manditory for tackle rugby during both practice and games!!
